Thank you for shopping with SmartShop7. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be delivered. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday).  
During peak periods or high demand, processing time may be extended by 1–3 additional days.

Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Locations
We offer worldwide shipping, including:

– Canada  
– Europe  
– United Kingdom  
– Australia  
– Middle East  
– Rest of the world  

3. Estimated Delivery Times
Average delivery times vary depending on your location:

United States: 7–12 business days  
Canada: 8–14 business days  
Europe: 7–15 business days  
United Kingdom: 7–14 business days  
Australia: 10–18 business days  
Rest of the world: 10–20 business days  

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

– destination country  
– total weight of your order  
– shipping method selected  

Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Order Tracking
All orders include tracking.  
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear, depending on the carrier.

6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your address is correct.  
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for:

– delays caused by carriers  
– customs clearance delays  
– weather conditions  
– incorrect addresses  
– lost or stolen packages after delivery  

If a package is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact your local carrier first.

8. Split Shipments
For logistical reasons, some items may be shipped separately.  
You will not be charged extra if we split your order into multiple packages.

9. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or clearance fees.

SmartShop7 is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
